Originally from Poland, I came on holiday to London (at least that's what my parents told me) when I was 11, and I've been here for 16 years now, still wondering when we'll head back…I was a cocktail bartender for 7 years until the pandemic hit which is when boredom got me sharing recipe content online. Fast forward a couple of years, and it's now my full-time job, which I'm incredibly grateful for.

Social media is mad. I get to do what I love—cooking—full-time, without any formal kitchen training or ever stepping foot inside a restaurant kitchen. I think that's why my content has reached so many people, they relate and feel confident following my recipes. Trust me, if I can do it, so can you.

The food you’ll find here is accessible. We’re not searing Wagyu or using a sous vide for 72 hours. These are recipes that you can easily achieve in your home kitchen that will blow your head off flavor-wise. Food for everyone.
