THE SLOPPIEST BEEF SHORT RIB LASAGNA

There’s nothing that screams hearty, comforting home cooking quite like a lasagna, and this one is nothing short of perfect.

Tender beef, slow-cooked in a rich tomato sauce, creamy béchamel, and four types of cheese all layered between pasta sheets and baked. I personally don’t want my lasagna to have perfect layers and look picture-perfect, I need it to be sloppy and have a bit of character. This is definitely one to share, but it also freezes well so you can have access to a slice of comfort whenever you feel like it.
