CHORIZO MISO CARBONARA
This recipe was inspired by a dish I saw at a restaurant in Japan but with a twist.
This recipe was inspired by a dish I saw at a restaurant in Japan serving up carbonara with udon noodles. Asian cuisine is one of my favourites, and I've added my own little twists & a couple of additions: creamy pasta with loads of umami from the miso and Parmesan, as well as a smoky richness from the chorizo. Very easy to do, but looks impressive and obviously tastes great.
